Oak Park Heights Well No. 3 Pumping Facility 
Construction of a new well pump house for the city of Oak Park Heights.  Building is CMU construction with a brick veneer, Wood trusses and roof framing, metal roofing and epoxy flooring.  Site work includes utility connection to the existing water main, drainage manholes, concrete equipment pads and concrete driveway, and site seeding.  Well work includes well column and motor, control equipment, process piping, and chemical feed equipment.  Prevailing wages apply.     ​
